If you use Velveeta, just cube it into a bowl and microwave it. After melting it add some hot (as in spicy) salsa to it , stir it in and heat again until hot. Great with nachos and Doritoes!!

Melt it slowly over low heat. Add a little milk or wine. Unless you use velveeta or add milk, butter and flour (to make a sauce) you are bound to have a little bit of separation.

Use Velveeta.... like the slogan says, "It's Velveeta versus cheddar. My Velveeta melts much better. Cheddar's lumpy. Cheddar's oily. It dribbles off the plate onto your doily. When the cookbook calls for cheddar, make it with Velveeta. It melts better." LOL

This is easy....cube your cheese. Meanwhile, put some milk and flour in a pot. Whisk the flour. Add the cheese. Heat on MEDIUM. Add more flour to thicken if desired.

add small whipping cream and some seasoning that will add taste to the cheese. plus add some pimiento that will make it look presentable. top it with dice onion and various bell pepper like the yellow, orange, red and green. if you eat hot foods, cut some jalapenos for topping. some people add chili con carne to it.
