So now we go to church on Sunday?

Blessed be all that's holy. Sing it with me children. Now we go to church on Sunday, and I feel righteous, for I am holy, perhaps even holier than thou.

(To be quite honest with you, all you church people give me the creeps.)

I agree that church people give me the creeps.

The story of Joshua and the sun is yet another fairy tale designed to make Joshua look more stupendous than he actually was. Just like many other mythical heroes.

No, because Joshua lived hundreds of years before Christianity came into existence. The Sabbath was typically Saturday. Sunday worship grew over time, and really didn't become prevalent until after Constantine.

The story you are referring to is figurative.

Since God made it, he has the right to control it.
I would say, for the rest of creation, time did not stand still. It continued as usual. The area effected was very small. (I believe it) This is what I think, but not necessarily anyone Else's idea

The solar system is moving trough the galaxy. If the sun stopped, everything in the solar system would have a bad day.

perhaps its the devil that is in you.the devil cant stand that people are openly loving and peaceful.You should realy pray thats bad you get creeps you realy have no peace with in yourself do you god can give you peace just pray to him.Yea your afraidto see peacefulness in people
