Natural Gas, probably.

According to the CIA factbook, 65.68 billion cu m of Natural gas is produced and consumed in Saudi Arabia, so I think that is probably the source.

Same as in USA... Our homes run on electricity powered by water. At least the coastal areas are.. Maybe the inner areas like the capitol might be run on oil.. but I think its all water.
for normal usage.. some kitchens use propane to cook with, but majority use just electric ovens like anyone else does.. Electricity to run the airconditioners.. etc..
