Go back to your doctor, if he fails to help go to the hospital and see another doctor. But if you are only 13 and your parents havent done this for you then maybe you should put an add in the paper for new parents and specify a doctor as the most suitable candidate.
Other than that go to school and learn all ou can then go to colledge and university and then train to be a doctor.
And whatever you do be carefull and dont falldown anymore stairs.

Tendonitis takes a long time to heal - plan on 6 to 9 months to recover completely. Tendonitis is caused by overusing a muscle or by constant pressure on a tendon due to tight muscles. The first thing you can do is to isolate the problem by tracking what types of motions cause pain, and which tendons/muscle groups are involved. Then, figure out which activities you are doing that aggravate the problem, and stop doing those activities if possible. You also have to stop the inflammation, which requires constant use of anti-inflammatory drugs (like ibuprofen or alleve), stretching exercises, and application of ice after stretching.

If there are no specific activities that aggravate the tendonitis, or if you can't stop the activity because it is something you need to do (like walking), then you are probably not going to heal without a doctor's treatment.

I had extremely painful tendonitis in my elbow and forearm after a fall, and it seemed to keep getting worse about 3-4 months after the injury. The doctor prescribed the use of a special strap for tendonitis, which has a hard plastic knob that pushes the tendon against the bone, and keeps pressure off the inflamed part of the tendon. Then, i was prescribed alleve twice a day until the pain disappeared, and i was sent to physical therapy. The physical therapist gave me stretching exercise to do at home advised me to go to a chiropractor. The chiropractor used ultra sound and massaging to get the tendons loosened up, and then i finally started seeing some progress (about 6 months after the accident). The only other option is a cortisone injection, which provides instant relief, but it won't last if the tendonitis is caused by tightness in the muscles or tendons, so the ultra sound and stretching path is usually better as a first choice.

Try to get lots of rest and when your body is ready it will signal you that now is the time to get back doing stuff. If everything is ok from the MRI then you should be able to live a normal life again especially if you are only 13 years old. Your body should be still forming and should be able to cope with the trauma of the fall just stop thinking so much about it and start to take little steps to get back into shape. Sometimes these are more brain related than body muscles, bones etc. So get over it, eat a healthy diet forget the pop and chips, get proper rest and start an exercise program that should get you back to normal in no time flat. Sometimes that pain goes away without much on your part other than doing exercises. Try taking your fingers and massaging the tendons that pain you the most. Do this very deeply and really press so you can feel it and almost want it to stop. Do this repeatedly thoroughout the day and that tendonitis will soon disappear as fast as it came. Good luck.
