My dog woke up this morning shaking and then vomited, any ideas?

I have a puggle, and I just got him nutered 4 days ago. He woke up this morning shaking and has vomited twice. I'm not sure whats wrong, but I am taking him into the vet.

that is a wise ideal,it could be a number of things wrong with him or than again this could be a natural reaction.

YOU JUST HAD HIM NUETERED MAYBE AN INFECTION
