It depends on the cause of your cramping:
Menstrual cramps - Advil, Aleve, Tylenol
Digestion issues - Pepto Bismol, Tums, Rolaids, avoiding certain foods (possibly lactose intolerant so avoid dairy), drink ginger ale, hot tea with lemon, a spoon of baking soda mixed in water
Hunger pains - eat something

Usually for menstrual cramps I use one of the following methods: heating pads, drink tea, or exercise. You can also ask your gynocologist for a prescription for Naproxin.

Sometimes you get stomach cramps from being hungry. Eat. maybe that'll help
