You are the enemy, trying to spread your hatred and disinformation among the soldiers defending this nation. You are the enemy, sir. And the men and women you are addressing have more honor, integrity and love for this country than you will ever hope to have. You are not only the enemy, you are a disgrace and a stench in the nostrils of decent men everywhere.

NEWS FLASH:
The military is not a democratic organization in which all of the members are called to meeting and the majority rules on issues of the day. That was the greek polis about 2,400 years ago.
This is an all volunteer military that signed a contract to "defend America against all foes foriegn and domestic."
You certainly aren't "tired of old men in Washington" when a democrat is in the W.H. You hypocrite.

It's not the old men in Washington. It's the Council on Foreign Relation on the corner of Park Avenue and 68th Street in New York City, that are calling the shots.
They are the architects of the Korean War, the Viet Nam fiasco, and the current mess in Iraq. They have been running our foreign policy since WW2.
The solution is to elect candidates that are not beholden to the CFR. That pretty much eliminates any candidates for national office running as Democrats or Republicans. Both major parties have strong CFR ties at the top.

The problem is, we KNOW who the enemy is.
What we don't like is when a bunch of old men in Washington try to fight this war from their couches instead of being here and then telling US we're FAILING.
That's why they confirm GENERALS. Let the MILITARY fight it and those old men need to be finding a way to fix immigration.

Remember that civilian control of the military is the only thing keeping us Soldiers/Sailors/Airmen/Marines from owning you. We are bigger, better, and stronger than you. And we're tired of you giving us crap. Just hope that those "old men" keep the leash tight or we'll take over the whole joint.

I'm a big believer in civilian control of the military, so I'm just fine with elected officials telling me who the enemy is. I prefer living in a democratic republic to a military dictatorship.

I'm not a soldier, but I've questioned his reasons for war. I thought war in America was to be fought as a last resort to problems with foreign enemies. I thought diplomatic problem solving vs. brute force was how America was. I guess not. Seems that if we have some wacked out lie saying they have WMD that we must remove them. Hell, how many nukes does the US have? So what, we're the only ones who are allowed to have WMD at our disposal. Doesn't seem right.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention. Remember how they say the US body count from the war is at 3000 or so. Did they ever mention the others that died from being transported to neighboring countries for medical help or the ones being transported back to the US that have died. I wish I could have the link of to where this was brought to me, but the real # is around 10-11000. Not 3000. So again our government lied to us again.

I'm assuming they feel okay with it, otherwise, they wouldn't have volunteered for our ALL VOLUNTEER military. We haven't had a military draft since 1975. Have you not been paying attention the last 32 years?
