Probably, but it depends. He either wants your number so you guys can go out again, or so he can call you up and hang together as friends. Look for signs and vibes. You can even ask him. If he does want to go out with you again, explain to him clearly that you are not insterested (unless you go for it!).

I think it means he is very forgetful and is losing the info as fast as you tell him. He is persistent but maybe pre-Alzheimers. At least he cares enough to keep asking. Next time write it on his arm with Sharpie permanent marker.

Sure,he likes u..and he does not like u..he loves u..theirs a difference..between like and love.And if he really love u..he will not give up on asking for that number.So don't give it up yet..see how long it takes..and when your heart tells u give it to him..go right ahead...chow..and get prepared for valentines day...lol

he either wants to be mature and call you to hang out or to talk.
or he wants to be immature and prank call you.
when boys prank call you that means they like you,
but their just so immature that they wont admit it!
if you dont like him, dont give it to him though.
