ever since i can remember i've seen little tiny dots everywhere - even in the dark. theyre flashing, and sometimes even colourfull. im really scared now, because someone else posted on this and everyone said it was something about a retnia problem or something. so, is this normal, and does anyone know what this is???

This is not normal, but it is not a horrible problem either. You do need to go to an eye doctor though. I have heard they now have lasers which can just zap the spots and dissolve them without surgery. Don't be scared. Good luck!

Without an good eye exam no one can have a clue what is going on. See an opthomologist (eye MD) not an optometrist and get this checked out. Since you have had this for a long time you should have had it checked out when you first noticed it.
