Best answers are not meant to be funny. They are meant to give information to the person that posted the question. If you want to be funny, post your answers in the jokes and riddles section on YA.

It's because some people don't want you to be funny; they want you to be serious... if you answer questions seriously maybe you will be chosen for best answer.

Sometimes your answers might not be exactly right for the person asking. They might just be looking for some good information about their questions, and you don't deliver.

its because you never actually give them a anser they want to hear that explains everything. check out my best answers, iv stared to get quite a few, and i actually answer the questions, but sometimes i have fun, but they arent chosen...
