Cheese matures for a long while in most cases..For cheese to go off over night is very unlikely..When a party is thrown and there is a buffet..quite often cheese is left uncovered and out on a plate most of the time..Cheese in the fridge sometimes gets .green mould on the outside..don't throw it out.cut off one slice on all sides and it's okay..The body is able to cope with a small amount of bacteria and poisons..i.e.alcohol..potatoes tomatoes all of which have enzimes and poisons..but the body uses these to improve its immune system..The reason todays children are suseptical to illnesses is because they are "protected" from everything and their immune systems are unprepared for anything....enjoy your cheese straws..but they are cheap enough ..throw them away if that is your want..and buy more..

well it has acid in it it is not a dry food . so no its not good .bacteria grows every 4 hours in food that is not in the proper temperature. it wouldve been good if it was kept cold. 40degreez or below , or kept hot 140 degreez or above.
