On yesterday, I think I got a sign.... I was on my way to work,
my job is 60 miles away, mind you. Half way there, my car
broke down, right beside a mechanic shop. He towed it
in for a good price. But I gave up my job, because, I am in
pursuit of my destiny. Besides, I was gonnna show up today,
but called out, once more. Simply for the fact that I wanna
move on, and go after my career in music, as well as
my other business. My taxes are coming back via
mail, and getting another job at this beach resort will not
be a problem. So what should one do ? Get another job
until things get better.... Or go after my destiny ?

Some might call this an EPIPHANY. Sounds like you had a sign right in your face and you took it for what it was instead of choosing to ignore it. I envy that! you go for whatever your heart and mind are telling you.
In then end and at then of each and every day you will have to answer to yourself and No one else!
Good Luck and Happy Saturday!

There's no reason you can't do both, right? I know what I want to do with my life too. But unfortunately I wasn't born rich, so right now I'm taking time off to save up money. And I mean seriously save up. I live off about 1/4 of what I get paid a month and save the rest. I plan on doing this for about another year. I know people think I'm crazy because I get paid what I do, and live like I am really poor, but you gotta do what you gotta do to make your dreams happen. They're not just gonna plop in your lap. There's story after story of artists that worked as busboys and waitresses and so on until they made it. But the only person I can think of who doesn't have a story like that is Beyonce and that's because her parents were well off and they supported her above and beyond what most parents would. I don't know if it was a sign or not, (kinda lucky tho, breaking down in front of a mechanic shop!) but it was obviously a wake up call. Even if you do decide to keep working at your '9-5' job, don't let that discourage you. You've got to keep the bigger picture in your head at all times. I post up pictures all over my bedroom wall as inspiration to remind me not to give up.

Well, it's up to you to choose what you feel will be best for you. I know it's hard... As we say, ''Destiny is written above'', but you still have the opportunity to change what's written, mate! Don't take every little stuff that happens to you seriously. Take it easy! Just adopt this :"Whatever happens, happens for the best". I advise you to take a new job, and in the meantime, find an opportunity to go after your career in music, if you succeed in music, good; if you don't, just don't bother about it. Maybe something better awaits you further, who knows.
When God closes the doors, he always open the windows!.
Remember that you can change your destiny, anytime, anywhere...
Think twice before taking any decision,
Take care...

Yes, I do think that you 'got a sign' ... but I wouldn't say for sure that it was a 'sign from God.' It seems 'simple' to me that you really 'don't like' your job, because even though the 'mechanic' you 'broke down' next to 'towed it in for a good price' and you could have gone on to work by bus and just been 'late' you didn't. If your 'dream' says that you should be 'in music' and you don't have a partner and children relying on you for support, then you should go ahead and 'follow your dream.' And if you do have a partner and/or children, then you should 'talk to them' because maybe they would 'agree' that you should follow your dream, even if it might mean that they must 'subsist' at a lower income level while you try. GO FOR IT!

I am not a big fan of "signs." They can happen I know, but it like other miracles are rare and not to be taken lightly.
If you do not believe your job is right for you by all means go after another, but pursue wisely. Take other opportunities as they avail themselves and try to keep your dreams alive.
I started out to be a teacher and now work in HVAC. I like my job, but it was not where I thought I would end up. Now, I am content to provide for a family and "teach" where I can and for me it is enough.
We as Christians only have one destiny and that is a certainty, but as for the life we live it is pretty open to all the prevailing winds.
Be happy and trust to God.

A wise man once said,"Find something you love doing and then figure out a way to make a living at it."
If you can make a living with music, go for it. Just remember there are thousands out there starving to death doing it. I know I was one of them.

Go to your astrological table and work it out!
Anyone who calls themselves Zodiac man should not need to come to mere mortals for opinions.
