Here is the best thing to do. Become a member of WLS AM 890 insiders club. It's free and you will have access to a few places once a week that do 1/2 price dining. Lots of places are downtown, but some are in the burbs. So you can get a $50 certificate for $25. Very cool!!

I've purchased from www.restaurant.com with terrific results. I don't know whether they have anything for Fogo (doubt it), but have a look around.
Just pay attention to restrictions on the certificates. As a general rule, you have to order two entrées, meet a minimum amount, and/or visit on a low-traffic night to use the certificates (so usually no Fridays or Saturdays). If you can work within those restrictions, you can save some $$$$$!

Try craigslist. I've bought and sold gift cards there for 10-20% below face value.

You can try these sites:
This one is a popular one. And seems to be connected to many other "discounts". http://restaurant.com/
I've heard about Ebay, it seems to be connected to the link above. But I don't know if their offers are different/cheaper.

This place will give you a discount on the bill if you make reservations ahead of time.

And the entertainment books have quite a few coupons that you might find useful.

These sites offer a handful of deals. They change it up all the time. http://www.wtmx.com/diningguidefeatured.php

I have bought those on E-Bay. However, the choices of restaurants are somewhat limited. But they usually go for about half-price.

Try http://restaurant.com/ They are not cards, but rather certificates. I use them all the time.. If you sign up they will send you "sales" from time to time.
