Conversations will be fewer or farther between. You'll get his voicemail on his cell phone more and more, and he won't call you back right away. Little things will keep him from having time for you (dog walking, going to the store, tired, etc.). Remember, when you are hot and heavy, an army couldn't keep him from you. If you mention visiting each other, he will hesitate and be unsure of when that could happen...lots going on.... etc. etc.

If he is moving to another country and staying there then that could be a sign right there. But if he is going because he has to then that's different. If he normally calls you frequently and it slows down to like, once every other day then there's probably something going on. I know if I moved to another country I would call my girlfriend a million times a day just because I would be so far away from her, but that's just my opinion. Love can conquer anything, if you and your man truly want to be together, I think you can pull through. I hope all goes well for you.

Being in a long distance relationship has both its good and bad sides! It can either bring you closer, or just bore each other. If the relationship you have with this guy is really serious... you shouldn't have to worry. With him being in a different country, he might have to make slight sacrifices to be with you! As long as you 2 keep the communication strong, and speak how you feel... nothing could get too bad. Don't worry if you 2 don't talk every single day, or every 5 minutes... because I'm sure the both of you have lives! Tell him whats on your mind girl!
Good Luck

If he is leaving you he should go out of his way to make you feel secure about the relationship if he does not want to call you. In the beginning he should call you a lot until you are used to being apart. If he moves and barely keeps in touch or visits then he isn't really interested in what you are interested in. You should just have a discussion with him about what he expects from your relationship in the future. If he just wants casual you should know so that you can move on and get over it.

I dont think of everyone desires to have a protracted distance relationship. existence happens and gets interior the way, you purely would desire to paintings around it. If somebody desires to be with their long distance BF or GF sufficient/or they love them sufficient, they're going to circulate to the place the different man or woman is and stop the long distance element. those people who've relationships over the internet or out of state "basically via fact" are probable dropping their time. long distance relationships wont final if there isnt dedication.

How long is he leaving for? All guys have their needs. If you guys are apart for too long (over 4 months) chances are his heart will drift. Nobody wants to be lonely. Some signs would include him not calling you atleast once per week, he doesnt sound so thrilled to hear you, or if he mentions any "lady friends." People change when they move, honestly, chances are he will not lose feelings for you, but he will move on.
