To make soft drinks more appealing, blend up the fruit juices you want to serve and serve them in an orange (inners scooped out and blended), or a lemon etc. They can be rested on top of serviette rings.

You could try adding chopped fruit to them or why don't you make some ice cubes but added chopped mint leaves to them before your freeze them or make different flavoured ice cubes that can be added to the drinks.

Or maybe you could decorate the glasses that you serve the drinks in with slices of lime and lemons or other fruits

In South Africa they have what is called a rock shandy.

Lemonade, angastora bitters and soda

Try it, it's very refreshing, also try some cocktails of various juices using fresh fruit

try ginger or cloudy lemonade or whatever is unusual that you like, but then jazz up the glasses that you put it in, I'm assuming that its for a party so add cocktail umbrellas or something as well. hope this gives you some ideas :-)
