I like someone who I just have seen once, and he's definetly my type, but I don't know how to reach him, he is my friend's brother, and I'm quit fund of him.

Tell your friend that you like her brother. Give your friend that respect. Then you can also get her inside scoop on her brother and whether the brother is seeing someone else, gay, addicted to fetish porn, or other undesirable qualities. After that, just go ask the guy out.
As a guy, I am amazed at the young girls here who are so oblivious to their power. Reasonably attractive girls can go out with just about any single guy they want. Just ask. A lot of younger guys are shy and fear rejection by girls. If you like a guy, and he's single - ask him to the movies. Tell him to take you to the movies, as a matter of fact. He'll probably say yes.

Just maybe start askin your friend about him...ask if they would mind if you got to know him better. Maybe all three of you could hang out instead of you and your friend. And just try to get every chance that you can to talk with him...get to know him better.

Invite your friend out, perhaps for a movie and ask her to invite him out as well.
My sister's girl friends always include me in their outings even though they treated me only as a friend.
But for you, if you can invite him out, you can plan your next move.

well, if u know ur brother will b hanging out with him, tag along (dont b a pain though...) and then u can talk with him. or u could plain out ask ur brother for his #. whichever u feel is easier.
