Girls like it when guys are shy and use classic lines. Then when she says no, smile and compliment her on something. Then ask her if you cna buy her a drink.

How can you know if she is charming since you haven't met? Just because a stranger is pretty is no reason to have a need to meet them (in my humble opinion). Best to meet someone naturally through work, projects, church, parties etc.

I think you should smile at her. If she smiles back then say hello. if she replys then ask her something like how are you? Its a nice day isent it? When you ask her something she would have to answer back it will help break the ice and if she blushes, smiles, or plays with her hair while she is answering you then thats a sign thats shes intrested in you. then make your move.

Don't come behind her because she'll think your stalking and make fun of you. Find the way she usually walks. wait there with a couple of friends (be cool) walk up with your lean, act casual but still have that smoooth talk , and say umm..waht are you ladies do'in.

instead of going to her and giving some cheesy line which may back fire.. the best thing to do is make eye contact and if she is responding too, then start smiling a bit.. if she smiles back or gives a smirk..then ask her name and star sign and start conversations from there. but good conversation is important,.. then you can do coffee etc .. okie.

Just walk up to her and say "hi", "how are you?" and ask for her name then start a conversation with her! No need for pick-up lines- they don't work (for me anyway, lol!)
