I'm 14 years old, 5'6 and I weigh 110 pounds. I've been that weight for about 6 months now, sometimes going up to 115-120, but always sooner or later dripping down to 110 without even trying to diet. I always eat a big breakfast, a big lunch, and a big dinner, all well balanced. I exercise quite a bit. But my friends, they never eat breakfast or lunch, yet they are all gaining weight and quite chubby. (5'6-5'11, 130-190 lbs, about same age) Is this weight/status normal for me?
