I'm 16 years old and I have a crush on a girl who's 12 years old. She looks older than 12 so is it ok if I ask her out?

not necessarily illegal until your 18. It's fine if you like her and she likes you, most of our parents are just as far away in age.

I2-year-olds often look like young women. But just because their bodies look grown up doesn't mean that they are emotionally ready for a relationship with an older boy, who will probably want a more mature relationship (at least making out if not everything.) That kind of relationship is not healthy for a 12-year old, even though she may think she's ready. She should be flirting and maybe holding hands; a quick kiss should be an extremely daring thing! So if you care about HER, do what is right for HER and just be her friend.

It's up to you. Just know that it's very probable that your relationship won't last long because of endless reasons. Primarily those reasons will be that you and her will not be in the same level emotionally, MENTALLY, and physically. Trust me on this. I started dating at the age of 12 with older guys and I ended up doing things I now regret.
But if you're just looking for a doll to play house with, go ahead go out with her.

Whoa whoa whoa WHOA. You are 12 and have already had sex AND want to have sex with a sixteen year old??????????? That is horrible I don't even know why you are thinking about having sex with someone who is so much more more mature than you. What do you want to do with your life?? Do you want to be successful?? Think before you bang a guy who is four years older than you. Also if your friendship with that other guy means anything to you, it best be smart you don't go have fun with his older brother. That doesn't show a lot of character. Plus, you are being taken advantage of. Don't think you're NOT being taken advantage of because truth is, you are. And you were three other times.

woah i wish i had someone like you in around here it is like totally out of the question here but personally i would like an older boy to ask me out but she might think that it is slightly wierd or it is a joke so don't be too scary and start with a nice conversation when i was 12 there was a guy who was 16 but thats just me i wouldn't really recommend it untill she is older

It might be a better idea to fix on girls your own age. DAting a 12 year old is asking for trouble on a lot of levels

If you want to go out with her for a date, then its OK. But I doubt is her parent will agree with that, lest she agrees it.
And if you really wants to go out with her and then you plan to have sex with her then I disagree with you.
Please wait until she is 13 or 14.
Btw, why not find someone your age?
