Well to ollie higher you need to have one fluid motion so at the same time your popping the tail you should be leaning in and up to the end of the nose. Also you should have your front foot at a slight angle pointing to the end of the board. The back foot should be on the the tail completely straight. When you have popped the tail you should tuck your knees up into your chest and landed crouched down.

Keep practicing, and if you fall, who cares. Just get up and walk it off. Make sure you have your feet positioned correctly, and try looking on some websites, they tell you step by step how to tricks from ollies to laser flips. And once again, YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE. Nobody just picked up a board and ollied 3 feet into the air on their first try. Hope this helped you. (search google for skateboarding tips)

what you do is take a light push then lam your foot on the tail and then sdlid your foot foward but while your moving you just have to flow with the flow but then once you get that done you should try going a little faster

slam (hard as you can) down at the end of the skateboard with your right foot, next bring your left foot up to the front tip of the board, and as you bring your left foot up, slide it towards the end of the skateboard tip, as you go down bring your legs straight down forward.
