The Quran conflicts with the Bible in quite a few places; I have no comment on any of them except Jesus. The Quran was written some 600 years AD, doesn't that make its description of Jesus second-hand, as opposed to the first-hand descriptions of the Son of Man from His apostles and people who have witnessed Him? So how can we believe the Quran's description of Jesus?

First-hand descriptions as contained in the Bible, forgot to add.

Sura 4:157 'That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not' - this description is at clear odds with the Bible.
