k, i'm an 18 yr old guy. i've had ppl telling me i'm good-looking but i was nvr confident when it comes to gurls. back then, i was this joyful fella who was quite rough with d gurls. then, came this period when my dad treated my mum harshly which instigated my self-declared oath to nvr make a lady feel down ever in my life, more so my future spouse(if i ever gonna get 1). since then, i gradually change as i develope this xtreme sense of empathy for gurls. i'll feel guilty even to think bout hurting gurls emotionally with playful teasings. this in turn made me a really quiet shy guy in d presence of gurls. now, i'm this miserably lonely guy who cant get himself to b liked by any gurl. i noe i may b taking things to d xtreme but i really need u gurls' opinion on this issue of mine. is quiet, sensitive guys still in dmand these days or does gurls now like loud noisy guys?
ur opinion, however it is, is very much appreciated. thanx in advance.

Well, you need to stop being so shy. Every girl has their own preference for a guy, I personally don't really go for shy guys, my boyfriend is quiet at times and outgoing at other times. But, you can't just go silent when a girl is around because you're afraid of saying something to hurt their feelings. I mean, it is good that you changed and now have empathy for girls, and I'm sorry you had to see your dad treat your mom that way. But, you really just need to be careful with what you say. Think before you speak. A lot of girl's don't get their feelings hurt that easily. If you're joking with them and they know that, you shouldn't have a problem. There's always going to be a time when you hurt someone's feelings though. It doesn't make you a bad person, it just means you have different views than that other person. So just be yourself. That's the only way to get a girl.

I don't like loud, noisy anyone. Sensitive is good but too quiet isn't. And you need to pursue a girl, they're not going to come knocking on your door. Insecurity is a turn off. Not to be confused with arrogance. You don't even have to be good looking, if a guy is secure and fun or funny or nice they will get the girl. Notice all the hot models with the ugliest guys? And we want a guy to be caring.

Some gurls find shy guys quite cute. It all depends on the gurl. =].
Go to college && im sure there will be plenty of gurls there && just be yourself && try and make friends with some of the gurls that you like. Just go up to them && introduce yourself or ask to be there partner in some class.

k, first of all not all gurls like noisy guys. It obviously depends on the girl. Personally, I like guys that are not shy or quiet but they r'nt craze or anything like that. U seem like a really nice guy but just try not to feel so bad for a girls if u noe u r just jokin. Make sure she noe's that too!!!

all teens went to that stage of teasing girls/boys, then here comes the maturity stages where we all become sensitive with others feelings, there are times we got to the point of hurting others unintentionally.
Now you saw your father how he treated your mom "nicely" you better get away with that shadow, i know you want to have your own family and build some respect to each other and love one another. there are some girls who like quiet shy type of person, than to have someone who's loud.i know one day someday you'll find your right girl just for you

quietish sensitive guys. girls like guys who listen and can help. u cant make a girl like u, and im sure one will come one day if it is meant for u to have a girlfriend or wife. i said quietish cuz the guy has to talk sometimes. u sound like a really nice guy, and im sure someone will come for u someday. just wait until the moment is right. maybe not having a gf now is so that u will be free when your future wife comes along. . .

u seem reli sweet which every girl will love in my opinion, you obviously know how to treat gurls but u need to put ursself outther, girls reli like guys who make them feel loved and secure, that are not cocky but not too shy either and that they feel they can be themselves, best thing to do is go out to a party with sum m8s who u feel comfortable around n if ur gd lookin hav a decent smile then girls will instantly be attracted all u need to do is makesure wen u tlk to them ur not too shy

sensitive guys is always sweet because they get you flowers and they care about you. But if you cry a lot that's not attractive at all. Cry when your alone. Anyways, I think you should forget about your father's behavior because your NOT your father.
Just be yourself. Look good and have nice personality to match and you'll find miss right.

Try finding a happy medium. It's nice to hear that you changed your attitude towards women and now handle them with care. Just try to open up a little more, you can be inviting without being forceful.
