you see that "WOW" that means its a compliment..... i get "WOW's" all the time... not because of my hair but because of my eyes.....you would say WOW too if you saw my eyes.... i'd probably say WOW too if i saw ur hair....lol.. .^_^.
be happy... take it as a compliment....

Well I guess if its said in a nice tone then its a compliment.... however there are better things that us girls would prefer a guy to say.
Maybe say something like I like you top. Or you have great dress sense... or your hair looks nice - rather than your hair is sooo long.

I personally prefer it when a guy tells me I have beautiful hair/lips/eyes/whatever. Women love to be told they're beautiful, more so than the length of their hair.

i would laugh at myself and say thanks coz thats me. sometimes it depends if the guy is joking or not. if he's surprised, it would just be awkward in a way for me.
