i have something on the side of my foot.?

I have something on the side of my foot and i dont know what it is. its like a tiny tiny crater filled with tiny coral. i want to know if its serious and how to get rid of it.

See a doctor. It probably is nothing to worry about but if it spreads or gets red or sore, don't let it go to long.
