Seabreeze - one measure of vodka, fill glass with half cranberry, half grapefruit juice, a few ice cubes and a slice of lime.

Off topic a little, but the most bizarre drink I ever had was in a bar in Los Angeles in the '80s. The bartender called it a "Mount St Helens". It was moonshine and Coke, and went "volcanic" in the glass. Looked a bit like a mad scientist's experiment out of a B horror movie, tasted like an extra-alcoholic version of a whisky and Coke.

007 - equal parts Orange Vodka, Orange Juice and 7-up on the rocks with an orange slice.

Asian Pear Mohito - Lime wedge, lemon wedge, mint leaves, rum, apple pucker, pineapple juice , ice and club soda. Smash the lemon, lime and mint together in a tall glass. Put 3-4 ice cubes in the glass. Pour 3-4 shots of rum into the glass, followed by 1-2 shots of pucker, a splash of pineapple juice and top off with club soda. tranfer back and forth from another glass. is a great drink on a summer day.

It's not really a mixed drink, but a home made Irish Cream, like Bailey's (but I think it's better)

This is how I make it.

In a blender add 4 eggs, 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon instant coffee, and aproximately 2 cups your favorite whiskey.
Blend well and chill or serve over ice.

Try a Salty Dog : equal parts grapefruit juice and gin with a little salt on the rim. It gets you there and you cant smell or taste the gin.
