Actually the best sex is when an experienced 20-25 year old male hooks up with an experienced 30-35 year old female. This is the hook up of biblical proportion.
As for first sex, 17 or senior year is probably the better time than 16. There's a better chance at making an intelligent decision about this milestone.

A responsible adult would tell you that the best time is when you're married. Do you want to be a teenaged parent? No method of birth control is 100%.

UMMMMM, i've never heard that one. Maybe the stamina is at it's best , but the talent is a bit raw and boring. Generally it gets better with age and practice.

Because you start at an earlier age, therefore you can have more practice by the time your an adult, and then you can be more fun!!
