Goo gone both regular and professional strength does not work on tile. The package does not say it does, but I tried anyway and it does not work.........help!! :-(

if it is latex, take a hot wet rag and lay it on the spots. let it sit for 10-15 minutes. scrape off with a sharp putty knife.

if oil, dip a rag in paint thinner (mineral spirits). let sit for a bit. again scrape off with the putty knife. then clean the area with the mineral spirits.

Depends on the type of paint and tile. I've used just a regular straight razor to scrape dried latex paint off ceramic tile. Very easy and effective, without damaging the tile. Keep the razor at an angle to the tile, and at least most of the razor edge against the tile. Scrape, don't slice. Worked out great for me when we did our bathroom.
