and they will keep him locked up for up to 17 days, if the united states do not come and get him (he is wanted in the U.S) i was just wondering if any of you guys know if they count the weekend. thank you very much in advance

if he has a warrant-they will eventually get him.

Since Puerto Rico is a common wealth of the States its just a matter of time before he Is extradited! If he is wanted on the mainland, he is staying in the slammer !

The weekend counts and if there is a warrant he will be retrieved the extradition process is pretty speedy. You may want to have a lawyer ready for when he gets back.
