and why do you tend to breather harder during or after exercising?

ANy movement that your body does requires that oxygen rich blood is delivered to those parts of your body along with your bodies need to burn fuel to keep up the movements. To supply the oxygen rich blood to the different parts of your body your heart needs to pump faster and you need to breathe harder to accomplish this depending on what shape you are in when you excercise. THose who have excersised along time and are in shape wont have as high as pluse

your body requires more oxygen during excercise b/c your muscles require more oxygen. You breather harder so you body can take in more oxygen for your muscles and your heart beats faster so it can get more oxygen to the muscles.

Because your muscles use more oxygen during exercise so your
heart pumps blood faster to deliver more oxygenated blood from
your lungs which are also working faster to re-oxygenate the blood.

nervous system is divided into sympathetic part which works during fear, fight,flight,..excercise.,stress,etc
& parasypathetic tht works during rest, sleep....
so whn doing excercise the sympathetic system makes heart ms contract more.. skeletal blood vessels widen 2 feed ms... bronchi gets wider tht air enters easier thts y our heart pumps more, our ms r supplied with extra bllod(food & oxygen), & we breathe more............
