How is the High Speed Internet in Maui, Hawaii?

Hello,

We are moving to Maui and wanderng how good is the DSL / Cable technology. Can you get a cable modem? Is there DSL everyone on the island. What about Upcountry?

the country does not matter.
sure you can get DSL. and the connection via cable is very good.

clearwire works for us. just get good anti-virus/spam blocker software and it'll run even faster! with the influx of people from the continental u.s. to Maui, the island is wired, with the exception of remote places...
