Sorry, but the previous poster does know what she is talking about. There is no way to "cleanse" you liver.
When you say gall bladder problems, I am assuming you mean gall stones. The best way to deal with gall stones that are cause symptoms (pain, nausea and vomiting) is to have your gall bladder removed. If you have stones and they are not giving you any problems, then observation is the treatment of choice.
You can try a low fat diet. Many people can get by with this for a long time. If you supplement is low fat, then there should be no reason you cannot take it.
There are some prescription medications that can dissolve stones (no herbal or over the counter remedies actually work). However, even if they do work, you are likely to see your stones come back if you live for more than a few years.
If your problem is not gall stones, then I would question whether you truly have a gall bladder problem. There are a variety of common condition that can cause similar symptoms to gall stones included ulcers, GERD and gastritis. It is best if you discuss you symptoms and situation with a doctor.

Don't understand why should you be using sports nutrition.
If you have gall bladder problems, then you may have gallstones lodged inside you. To get rid of gallstones, you need to liver cleanse.
