It depends entirely on the English girl in question! Imagine what you'd think of the same question regarding an American girl. And by the way, Hellrazor is wrong: you don't mean British, you mean English, unless she's Irish, Scots or Welsh, in which case you mean Irish, Scots or Welsh. So in short, it's impossible to answer your question because we don't know her or you. I would suggest you don't treat her with the contempt advocated in many of the previous answers, but just be friendly and nice.
One word of caution though: it's probably a waste of time as she'll be going home fairly soon. You would probably be better off with a girl from your town.

Probably speak english first and foremost. Secondly, the way you would anyone else. What makes an english girl different than an italian girl? (other than language and heredity).
