No, it is not too much. It sounds like a balanced, heart-healthy breakfast. Good breakfast will help you stay healthy, keep diabetes at bay and it will help you maintain a healthy weight. Just keep doing what you're doing.

Many would say this isn't enough. You should load up at the beginning of the day when your metabolism is highest and then taper off throughout the day. Eat very light in the evening and nothing after 7.

Breakfastes need to be large. I really think you are doing well, with yours. Biggie is the protein. If this gives you energy stay with it. Now your mid-morning snack could be better add a carb & a protein with it.
The idea is to keep the blood sugar up all day. 3 meals 2 or 3 snacks.

Sounds a little light, but has a lot of sugar and not enough protein. I need protein for energy. Sugar weighs me down through the day.
But that's just me.

no, it sounds pretty much perfect to me. my only suggestion might be to have the toast with your coffee later in the morning. that way you'll keep your metabilism going and not be so hungry when lunch comes around. it is also a fact that you burn calories by digesting food so that is another plus to waiting till later with the toast... but overall... keep up the healthy eating!

No its not that much because breakfeast is the most important meal of the day and also its all healthy. You might want to cut off the toast though but your fine if you dont want to.

Not at all, but it differs from person to person. I would consider that a light meal, but it's very healthy so keep it up.
