sorry, but this is Homework Help...and one no one is going to do for you.
I, nor anyone else, is going to read 9 chapters of anything and do your work for you.
You have been taught how to summarize or outline or this wouldn't be an assignment. Read the book...do the work...learn something.

Read every chapter and as you read jot down the main points. Then consolidate those points and read them again and as you do, jot down again the most important points. Put them together once you finish the reading.
