Well....Get a boxing bag and some gloves. When you are stressed punch the bag. You end up tiring yourself out and have a good nights sleep. Your abs will love you for it too.

When you start feeling stressed just try to sit back for a second and remember that stress will make you grow old real fast if it doesnt kill you first. When things seem hectic stressing over what ever it is , isnt going to make things any better and it only makes it that much harder to come up with something to make things right again. It also helps when you start feeling stressed to close your eyes and consentrate on your breathing and nothing else and try to relax your body alittle more with each breath. I personally laugh at things when they start to stress me out. And to help so you wont stress so bad instead of taking tablets you can eat a handful of sesame seeds or try eating some strawberries they say that celery juice is also good for calming a person. or take a hot shower or bath. Remember each time you start stressing you are knocking a few years off your life and causing wrinkles to appear. I personally use the F word alot inside my head when I start feeling stressed. I just tell myself f.... it and sit back and try to self hypnoitze myself.

1st - It's ALL in your attitude. This sooo common with everyone so it's not just you by any means!

Nobody, or nothing can MAKE you stress out. You allow it to happen and foster the reaction yourself. Your behavior is patterned to react a certain way in certain situations. It's taken a lifetime to become what you are, so it's not wasy to change, but, YOU CAN DO IT!

Think of a situation that stresses you out.
Then develop a different way of looking at the person or situation. Compassion towards others is great. It's all in how you REACT to someone or something.

2nd - Practice relaxation techniques- See Link

3rd - Make up your mind to become a better person and practice at it everyday.

Just like the song - Don't worry be Happy!

There's a vitamin for stress, called "Seratonin" I do believe that's what it's called....If I'm wrong, just ask any of the vitamin people in a vitamin store....Or if your not the type to like taking vitamins go and get you some good organic tea's, which will also be in the Health Food Stores, and again ask them which one is helpful for "Stress Relief" and they should be able to guide you to just the right product.... And otherwise, I'd stay away from cafeine, and any milk chocolates, or sweets....Eat a healthy organic diet, get lots of excercise, and proper sleep!! There's also an organic vitamin to help people to get to sleep......So, If I were you, I'd just go check out any "Health Food Stores" and just go from there, hun! Good Luck to you! smile!

Get yourself some hypnotherapy. You can get a tape from Paul McKenna which will help you to overcome stress and re-programme your thoughts so that you can deal with stress. You need to listen to them a few times to get much benefit but it is better than taking pills.

Herbal remedies are available you could also smok a joint or bake some cakes containing marijuana.
There are several stress releaving herbs though that can be mixed and consumed as part of your diet or herbal tea.
