Hi there, I have worked with homeless people in the past about 2 years ago. Shortly after that i had this pain that went down my back and then had some severe chills the same night. Went to bed and woke up with urinary symptoms that were really bad. So i went to a doctor and he gave me antibiotics which didn't really help much. Since then I have had all the tests done. blood tests urine tests and a cystcopy. And now i have a low burning back pain that has been there almost the whole time. It never goes away day or night. I have abdominal tenderness as well. Could this possibly be extra TB considering i have had an x ray of my chest?

It sounds like you may be having some kidney issues. Possible kidney infection. You should have your Dr. do a urine analysis for you to find out. Hope you feel better soon.

awful easy to get a TST and see...dont rule out HIV either, but most likely a problem in the renal system.
