Nothing happens. Cause its not humanly possible. Its a reflex action of the body to save your eyes from the sudden jerk. Unless its a fake sneeze its not possible

It is impossible to sneeze with your eyes open, your body (more specifically your brain) will not let you. The only case where you could possibly sneeze with your eyes open is if they were being held open with some sort of torture device and even then the only way that it would do any damage is if they also had a device over your mouth and nose and in your ears that prevented the pressure from escaping at any of those points. If all of that was happening to you and the intercranial pressure had no where else to escape from it WOULD do damage to your eyes but as far as the extent of the damage I have no idea because I've never heard of this happening to a patient. Just try to avoid being put in a situation where people would want to torture you this way.
