There is this girl that looks at me most of the time I show up she may look at me from 3secounds to 10secounds or a mix of small looks, does she like me or is she just looking at who has just appeared in the area.

If the two of you are making eye contact and holding that contact she probably likes you. Go a talk to her the next time it happens.

Next time you see her keep the eye contact, don't be the first to break it and if she keeps looking at you( for more than 8 sec.)- she interested but if she looks at you and then looks down or away- then she might not be. If she keeps that eye contact then why don't you go up and talk to her- ask to hang out sometime or something.You never know until you try.
