Hello, I would like to know how to write in Greek "Best regards from Bulgaria" or "Kind regards"..I need to be sure that it'll be from native speakers, not from on-line translators. Thank you in advance.

Χαιρετισμοί από τη Βουλγαρία would fit
(=salutations(expression) from Bulgaria -countries need their articles)
Actually, Χαιρετισμοί is the most formal version you can get (it is often used in religious context).
The word Χαιρετίσματα is more informal, and as an idiomatic expression, when you say this word to someone, you may mean you do not care, that something is not going to be done anyway, that it is lost forever (like waving a handkerchief to someone who is leaving).
And "Με εκτίμηση"=With appreciation (yes, we use stuff like this more, so if you want to say "With appreciation, from Bulgaria" it would be "Με εκτίμηση, από (τη) Βουλγαρία").

it is

"χαιρετίσματα από την Βουλγαρία" = greetings from Bulgaria
(xeretısmata apo tın Boulgarıa)

and NOT "χαιρετισμοί" we don't use this word - sorry

but if you want to write a more formal greeting phrase then you should write

"Με εκτίμηση" (me ektimisi)
we use thıs ın letters ınstead of Best Regards or Kındest Regards

I hope I helped!

and yeah I am Greek

:))
