What formulas do I need and how do I use them in order to calculate the gravitational force of the rider,engine, torque, torsion, and speed of the motorcycle on the frame to ensure it will be able to withstand all of these forces?

This is engineering. Learn your calculus, physics and trig, then buy a statics/dynamics book and start studying. Most of what you need to do this kind of analysis will be covered there. Good luck!
