My kitten Potter and my dog miah fight all the time they even fight so much they get hurt.

I would say to keep then in differint rooms or give one away!

Then you need to be a responsible pet owner and separate them. Leaving this situation as it is will not make things get better. Keep them separate, and work on training the dog to be calm around the kitten. This will probably require keeping the dog on a leash while you work on this, since the dog has already had a lot of successful practice in chasing the kitten. Keep your dog's attention with amazing treats (chicken steak, liver treats, etc) and reward him for paying attention to you instead of chasing your kitten.

Whenever they fight, blow a loud whistle, or make a noise that they don't like. Hopefully, they'll stop fighting and run to a corner and hide together

my dog and cat also fight. but they do that when one of them feels that is ignored, and the other has much attention from me. they are jelous.

you should seperate them into different rooms at all times
