Hi, i have just realised about 1 week ago how huge my female cats belly has gotton, i was overjoyed :) as my male cat has just been fixed up due to spraying, and moving house soon and i dont want him to wonder..

this is the cats 3rd (and will be the last) lot of kittens..

her belly is enormous..her sides stick out like a balloon..and underneath as well..she looks like she swalowed a balloon... im just wondering how long do u think will it be til she gives birth?

do you think itll be less than a week? 2 weeks , 3 weeks?

and how long is the absolute longest it could be before she has them?

and is it safe to give her front line flea drops while she is pregnant?

thnaks very much for reading

You can give her flea drops but check with your vet (don't know what product you have some are safe others are not).

If your cat is really that large sounds like she will have her kittens in less than a week. If you know when she was bread it is about 63 days that they are pregant.

If your cats belly is huge then she is pretty close. Check her nipples to see if she has started producing milk. She will have removed the hair surronding the nipples and they will be a little puffy. If they are then you have about a week left or less. Call your vet and ask if it is ok to give the flea drops that soon because they flea drops put a coat around the cats skin. You don't have to take her to the vet just ask on the phone.

My cat was the same way when she had her last litter, she should pop those babies out in a few more days, if not i'd take her to the vet and ask them for some advice, sounds to me that she might need to have those kittens by c-section if she dont deliver those babies soon if shes blooted up like a balloon. Good Luck Hun!

My cat had six kittens and one got injured due to running around everywhere. So if you have one room that is better for them, make it cat safe. If you block the door, you can step over, but the mother needs to be able to get out or get up on something. As they get older she will want somewhere to go to so that she can get away from them but be close by for awhile Good Luck

if this is her 3rd litter, then why don't you know by now?

why have you allowed this male and female cat of yours to have 3 litters? are they pure bred?

there are too many cats in this world who do not have good homes. you should curtail this joyous fatherly tone about having a 3rd litter. Your cats need to get fixed ASAP.
