Mashed potatoes! Best part of getting wisdom teeth out. Big bowl of mashed potatoes. Just buy some instant kind - not quite like homemade, but still good.

Anything soft will do though. Staples for awhile - pudding, jello, and yogurt were all good options.

She'll only have to eat like that for a few days, then she can move onto something soft like bread or a sandwich. She should sleep most of the day, though.

Your daughter can eat anything with the soft texture to it. When i was 18 i had all four of my wisdom teeth out and it was truthfully the first night that was the problem. SO what my mom made me for dinner was home-made Mac and cheese and salmon patties. Yes i know that choice every kid would like but sorda go on the nature.Applesauce, mashed potatoes and anything you think she would not have a problem chewing. After today she should be able to start eatting what she usually did b4 she got them pulled. I hope i helped you out.

I just had my wisdom teeth taken out not that long ago. You can eat soft foods but make sure they are not hot, it could cause you to have a dry socket. (those hurt really bad) Don't eat nuts, popcorn or chips for a few weeks they could get stuck in the socket. Try to rinse your mouth out after you eat.

Hello ,
how about making the solid food be shredded by using shredding machine that is used in kitchen (or other this kind machine used in kitchen),if the food like rice and some dish be made into the minced, perhaps your daughter could eat .(I don't know if she like this )
Just my advice that I can think out now ...
hope your daughter has a healthy body !
Good luck !

It's very important that she keep to soft foods--- smoothies, ramen noodles, mashed potatoes, pudding, etc... MAKE SURE SHE DOES NOT SUCK ANYTHING THROUGH A STRAW!! Sucking may cause the clots forming in the extraction sites to come out and a dry socket can occur-- this is extremely painful so don't forget. Good luck!!
