Great Question!
#'s 1 & 2 are virtually harmless, and being harmless, whether through ignorance, or volution, they may be exempt from the equation. (This would be just okey-dokey with them!)
3: NOW, these are the people to be afraid of, as an American, anyway, particularly Tim Lahayne, who controls all Right Wing Politics and is the unofficial 'leader' of the evengelical televangelists in America right now...a very frightening individual.
4: Regular Christians, not Catholics, are relatively harmless and would rather not be involved with conflict. (Just like the good Pagans they pretend not to be!)
5: Let's leave these folk alone, for once...
6: Too mellow for ruination...
7: Nice folk, good Christians, in essence, for the most part.
8: The largest threat at this time, hands down.
9: can't condemn those who know no better; for them ignorance is truly bliss.
