I have installed jumpstart games on my computer but I cannot get them to play.?

All I get is a black screen with a large arrow and it keeps asking for me to put disk into the drive. I have the disk in the drive but it keeps telling me to put it in. I remove the disk and put it back in and it just keeps telling me the same thing to do. What's up with this?

Is the disk the original retail disk?
If not, that could be your problem .. many CD's have protection on them that keeps them from working when copied.

If it IS the original retail disk, then contact the vendor and ask them for advice.
