It's really best to wait 2 weeks after her last set of shots before letting her play with other puppies that you don't know the shot history on. (She will be about 14 weeks old or older)

I would wait a day or two. Shots can make a dog kind of grumpy. Just make sure she is acting good. She should be able to play as soon as she seems like she feels ok.

Please for the health of your dog wait 6-8 months this way he has all his vacinations and no chance of getting parvo or any other diseases out there that affect puppies serverly.

She is fine - you can let her play with other dogs. Make sure you know their history too & make sure they are friendly & wont hurt her.
Best wishes with your new puppy!
