Why does the Tricolour fly higher than the Saltire at Castle Doom? Why did the Soap Dodgers support Eire when they played Scotland?

Well done Mr Fudge: livening up what was turning out be a quiet, sunny afternoon here in Barcelona.

Simple answer, we are Scottish. Why don`t your lot asked the fans wheter they want the Saltire or the union flag flying over the ground. Only one flag, not both. Will you stand up to the outlandish sectarian abuse, sanctioned by your chairman, that is taking place in the Hapoel game?

PS I think the tricolour has no place at Parkhead either before any of you huns start bleating.

It's because it's a sham of a flag. Also I think ALL scottish clubs should be made to fly The Soltaire, The Lion Rampant and nothing but NOTHING else.

You might find that scottish clubs aren't quite so keen to fly the British flag as English clubs.

Celtic was founded by brother Walfrid in 1888 as a charitable organisation to help the poor Catholic / Irish influx to Glasgow and the West of Scotland. The Protestant / Irish had already taken up residence in the west of Glasgow around 1871 affiliating themselves with Rangers. BOTH clubs even now are fiercely proud of their heritage and roots, meaning the Irish Tricolour will always fly at Parkhead and the Union Jack will always fly at Ibrox.
Its idiots like you posting questions like this that fans the flames of sectarianism in Scotland. Grow up.
