What is the chance of getting an HIV virus infected thru dentist's equips which he has used in a AIDS Patient?

I understand that dentists sterilize their equipments after every usage. All virus get killed in that sterilization? or is there chance still that some virus live?

You have to remember that the HIV virus is a weak virus. It is easily killed.

Your doctor sterilizes his/her equipment in a steam autoclave that kills even M. tuberculosis spores (an encapsulated dormant bacteria that can survive damn-near anything).

But, just for the sake of argument, let's say they don't. Trust me, your mouth is a big enemy of HIV! Your saliva is one tough competitor, and that is why there are no recorded reports of anyone having contracted HIV from any oral contact with the virus. :)

Yes sterilization does the job quite completely. However, one cannot control whether or not proceedures are being followed properly. All said, the chances are very very low.
