Sounds GREAT - you are definately working in the right direction.
Plateaus can suck, but I'd suggest a quick calorie check. Start counting calories (if you don't already). Everything you eat, and everything you burn. This might highlight what the problem is - you may still be eating too many calories, or , what I suspect, too few. As your activity level increases, the amount of calories needed to prevent starvation mode also increases. You may be close to that level.
If nothing else, you can just ride out the plateau and see what happens.

Great job!
Keep it up...there's no reason why you can't lose more weight which requires a change in lifestyle over time rather than some quick fix.
Personally, I've lost about 5 kg (or 11 pounds) over last 3 months. What I do is to set a target of losing 1 kg at the beginning of the month and then continue my healthy habits...while monitoring my progress.
So far, I've been successful, so can you :-)
Meanwhile, I read many books on weight loss to find more ways that can help my weight loss progress. You'll be surprised that there are many angles you probably never thought of. Of course, I check out many web sites too that gives valuable FREE TIPS such as:

well it all depends on what sort of exercsies you do really. i mean if you talking about riding the exercise bike three times a week then that certainly aint helping you loose wight, all it does is boost the length you can run before you get tired, not loose weight. so maybe we could start some realy exercises, maybe some situps, work on the abs a bit more, or you should buy a lateral thigh trainer, helps weight loss around you thigs and abs, tones you bum and stomach, and maybe a few weight liftings as well, helps build some muscle around the arms and gets rid of the fat. if you do try out these exercises make sure along with that you take some vitamin tablets, because remember iron and vitamin is lost through excessive weight loss. im sure this helps.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Do some resistance training. It is the best way to boost your weight loss. Even some simple things like push ups, pull ups and some squats will help a ton.

hi im not an expert but your maybe not consuming enough calories a day,it should be 2500 cals for a man and 2000 cals a day for a woman to maintain your weight so if you have 500 calories less a day you should lose 1lb a week or less cals if you want to lose more ive read for a woman not to go under 1200 cals a day as your body goes into starvation mode and clings on to the fat so if you are eating too little this is maybe what is happening to you,you are also exercising so could be burning off more calories and not putting enough back into your body.if you go to a gym you should ask an instructor for advice, good luck

Get a pedometer (not one of the cheap pendulum ones, get an electronic one - much more accurate - something like the Omron HJII) and aim to walk - say 6000 steps a day. Gradually increase this (I'm on 12K a day now, after almost a year)
This will re-enforce all the good work you are already doing. A group of pedometer enthusiasts have this non-commercial website to help you calculate your averaage and answer pedometer related questions

At breakfast, go ahead and beverage orange juice. But throughout all of those other day, focus on water rather than juice or soda
