I know this description is long but please help. About a yr ago I got a message from Microsoft that I needed to update on Microsoft office. Thinking this was just an update to the 2003 professional I clicked ok. It installed a new office. I thought cool, I got it free. Worked on it for a month then I got a message that to continue using it I had to purchase because my trial had expired. I didnt know it was a trial, so I never purchased it. I reverted to using Word Perfect as I was not using any word program much anyway. I am starting a new work from home job that requires Microsoft office. So I uninstalled the new version, thinking it would revert back to the old version. Wrong! Now I dont have any version. Can anyone help me with what I should do? For the time being I am converting email attachments to Word Perfect, but that created a new problem in that every attachment I open auto converts to Word Perfect now. Any help on chnaging this option would be greatly appreciated also.
